Reiki I: Two-Day Online Training with Evelyn Dao
Learn self-Reiki, traditional hand positions and responsible practice with Evelyn Dao in a live two-day online training.
Why it caught our eye
The programme places practical exercises alongside ethics and discussion. You can explore self-Reiki and offering sessions to others, while learning about the scope and limits of the practice.
About this experience
Begin exploring Reiki with time to listen, ask questions and practise. Evelyn Dao leads this Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki I training live on Google Meet. Reiki is presented here as a complementary energy-based wellness practice, with attention to consent, personal boundaries and respect for different beliefs.
What you can expect
Across both required meetings, explore Reiki history, the Five Reiki Ideals, self-Reiki and hand positions. Practise Gassho meditation and traditional techniques including Byosen scanning, with demonstrations and guided exercises. The Holy Fire® elements include the Ocean of Holy Love experience and a Reiki I Placement. Reflection and group discussion accompany the practice.
Good to know before you go
Your ticket covers both required sessions on 7 and 8 November, each 09:30–13:00 America/Los_Angeles (PST, UTC−8). No previous experience or in-person practice partner is required.
