Restorative Yoga & Pranayama
A weekly Tuesday morning class in Bern combining supported restorative yoga with guided breathing practices.
Why it caught our eye
The supported setup offers a gentler way to explore movement and breathing. It may suit people who prefer a slower class or who feel tired, stiff or physically restricted.
What you can expect
Claudia Sommer leads supported postures alongside calming breath, alternate-nostril breathing, ocean breath and pelvic-floor sound work. Props are provided, and the class is taught in German.
A quieter way to begin Tuesday
The morning timing and restorative pace give this class a different rhythm from a faster studio flow. It is built around support, breath and unhurried movement rather than intensity.
