Float into Stillness: Aquatic Flow and Sound in Paris
A warm-water session with Fabian Atlantis and Mélanie Zadeh, combining supported floating, gentle movement and a live sound bath.
Why it caught our eye
Two distinct practices meet here: Fabian’s supported water movement and Mélanie’s live sound work, offered in an unusually small setting.
About this experience
Let water hold some of your weight while you explore slow, supported movement. Fabian Atlantis guides the aquatic practice, gently cradling and moving the body through floating motions and light stretches. Mélanie Zadeh accompanies the session with a sound bath, bringing her musical practice into the pool setting. Choose an individual session, a private session for two, or a small group of up to three people. Each appointment lasts an hour, with both facilitators present. This is an invitation to spend time with bodily sensations, water and sound, without needing to turn the experience into a particular result.
What you can expect
Expect gentle hands-on support in warm water, rocking movements and light stretches alongside an immersive sound environment. The individual and couple formats include private use of the pool; the small-group format shares the experience with no more than three participants.
Good to know before you go
Book in advance and tell the organisers which format and appointment you want. Small-group sessions cost EUR 80 per person, individual sessions EUR 180, and private couple sessions EUR 200 per couple. Pool hire and both facilitators are included. The venue is to be confirmed in Paris’s 3rd arrondissement; check the exact address with the organiser before travelling. The first appointment is full; choose one of the remaining times.
