Retrograde Astrology: When the Planets Don’t Do What They Should

We appreciate the practical, fear-free approach: the workshop pairs chart-reading basics with clear reflection instead of presenting retrogrades as something to dread.

Go beyond the familiar Mercury-retrograde headlines and explore what apparent backward motion means in an astrology chart. Natural Self’s in-person workshop offers a grounded introduction to reading retrogrades without fear, with space for newcomers as well as people already exploring a birth chart.

The session moves from the astronomy behind apparent retrograde motion into its traditional astrological interpretations. You will compare natal and transiting retrogrades, look at Mercury, Venus, Mars and the slower planets, learn how retrogrades appear in a chart, and explore reflective ways to plan or revisit unfinished matters.

No previous astrology knowledge is needed. The workshop takes place at The Broom Closet in Newhall. Eventbrite lists a price of £33.22 and allows refunds until two days before the event.
