Samhain Breathwork and Ancestral Reflection with Benjamin Tree
Explore an ancestral relationship through guided connected breathing, movement and music in a live online ceremony.
Why it caught our eye
The invitation to focus on one ancestor gives this seasonal ceremony a specific thread. An introduction, guided practice and closing reflection give the gathering a clear shape.
About this experience
Choose an ancestor you knew, or someone whose story has reached you through your family. Benjamin Tree’s Samhain ceremony invites you to bring that relationship into a practice of breath, movement and reflection. Samhain is a seasonal threshold in Celtic tradition; here it provides the setting for an online gathering centred on ancestry.
What you can expect
An opening circle introduces the techniques and leaves room for questions. Benjamin guides conscious connected breathing, a practice of breathing in a continuous rhythm, while you sit or lie down. Music supports invitations to move, shake or make sound. The ceremony includes time for integration and ends with a short sharing circle.
Good to know before you go

The host says not to reserve, and to contact him, if pregnancy, detached retina, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke, brain or abdominal aneurysm, uncontrolled thyroid conditions or diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, a prior psychiatric diagnosis including bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, psychiatric hospitalisation or emotional crisis within the last 10 years, or another condition affecting intense physical or emotional release applies. Participation requires confirming that none applies. These are the organiser’s restrictions; no medical suitability is implied.
