Seventh Sense Day Retreat in Interlaken
A one-day retreat at the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa with cacao, journaling, yoga, breathwork, optional cold exposure and sound.
Why it caught our eye
This retreat brings several practices into one carefully paced day and offers a regenerative alternative to the cold-exposure element. The limited group is intended to allow more personal attention.
About this experience
Tikvah Malina Hoffmann, Jonas Lutz and host Marco Heizmann guide a full day combining reflective practices, movement and rest. The programme includes lunch, time outdoors and space for personal integration.
What you can expect
The day opens with arrival and orientation, followed by a cacao ceremony and journaling, breathwork, yoga and mindful movement. After a light lunch, participants choose functional movement or yoga, then guided cold exposure with breathwork or a regenerative alternative, followed by sound and integration time.
Good to know before you go
Doors open at 08:30; the programme runs from 09:00 to 18:00, with spa access included until 21:00. Tickets cost CHF 677 through 28 February 2027, then CHF 777. Lunch is included and no previous experience is required. The organiser describes this as personal development and states that it does not replace medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment.
