What you can expect
Doors open at 08:45. The programme includes a cacao ceremony, sound healing with alchemy crystal bowls, gentle yoga and movement, guided breathwork, moments of silence, reflection and sharing. Marco Heizmann, Tikvah Malina Imhof and Jonas Lutz hold the session together. No previous experience is required.
