Seventh Sense: a morning mini retreat in Basel

A manageable morning pause with several ways to settle into the present: through movement, your breath, a cup of cacao or simply listening. The option to sit out an activity makes room for your own pace.

Set aside a morning to slow down and meet yourself with a little more attention. This three-hour Experience Session introduces the work of Seventh Sense Retreats through cacao, gentle yoga and movement, guided breathing and the sounds of alchemy crystal singing bowls. Marco, Tikvah Malina and Jonas guide the morning together, leaving room for silence, reflection and conversation. You do not need previous experience, and you can choose which activities to join. The small-group setting offers a gentle way to explore these practices before considering a longer retreat.

Join a guided cacao ceremony, an invitation to pause with naturally prepared cacao. Explore gentle yoga and mindful movement, guided breathwork and a sound bath with crystal singing bowls. Moments of stillness, reflection and sharing are part of the experience; there is no need to perform or achieve anything.

For your arrival, doors open at 08:45; the session runs from 09:00 to 12:00 on 10 January 2027, local Basel time. Meet at VAYU COMMUNITY, Blauenstrasse 61, 4054 Basel, Switzerland. The listed admission price is CHF 177; book through Eventfrog. Ticket sales are listed until the end of the session, but places are limited. Wear comfortable clothing. You may bring your own yoga mat and a favourite cup for cacao. Tell the organisers in advance about health limitations or pregnancy so you can discuss suitable participation. Pregnant participants must not join transformative breathwork. Each activity is optional, and this experience does not replace medical or therapeutic care.
