Sharing Circle, Cacao & Gong in Zwillikon

The circle allows people to speak without pressure, then shifts into a different kind of attention as everyone lies down to listen to the gongs. That movement from voluntary sharing to sustained listening is the evening’s distinctive thread.

An evening with Ivan Hochstrasser of Wandelfreude, beginning with ceremonial cacao and a sharing circle. There is space to speak about what is present for you and to listen to others. In the second half, you lie down for a gong sound bath. The programme moves from arrival and conversation into listening, then closes together at Yatra Klangraum Haus G.
