About this experience
If you enjoy discovering a practice by trying it, SHE FLOWS brings a range of possibilities into one space. This evening for women gathers regional providers around movement, wellbeing and personal development, with room to meet, take part and explore what interests you.
What you can expect
The programme includes movement and training, EMS personal training, sound healing, Human Design, hypnosis, energy and aura experiences, beauty, Feng Shui, nutrition and supplements, and selected products. Music and singing, mini sessions, personal prompts, SHE FLOWS challenges, competitions and small surprises round out the evening. The format is designed around taking part rather than listening to a series of lectures.

This is an event for women, organised by Kick and Flow GmbH at Fotostudio / Villa El Piño. Admission costs CHF 15. Tickets are available through the linked Eventfrog page; sales end at 20:00 local time on the event day.
