About this experience
Leonardo Tirabassi guides a one-day retreat built around three themes: Looking Back, Now, and Going Forward. Yoga, meditation, noble silence and self-reflection offer different ways to pause and consider where you have been and what comes next.
What you can expect
Join a full day of guided practice and reflection, with a Silent Day Workbook, tea and lunch. No previous experience of yoga, meditation or silent retreats is required. The organiser limits places to keep the experience personal.
Good to know before you go
The current standard ticket is CHF 200, including lunch and tea. Follow-up materials include guided meditation recordings, 21-day reflection prompts and a continuity challenge, suggested routines, a habit tracker and an integration guide. A private WhatsApp group and a live online integration session a week later are included; confirm access and the later session arrangements with the organiser. The cancellation deadline has already passed, so the current booking is non-cancellable under the published policy.
