Meditation & Inner WorkCeremony·Flow60, Zollikerberg, Zürich

Sleep-in gong concert with Ana Sonar, Alejandro Notz & Fabio Vescarelli

Settle in with your mattress and bedding for an overnight gong journey, with a tea ceremony, gentle preparation and a slow morning at Flow60.

Why it caught our eye

The extended sound journey makes room for different ways of listening, including rest and sleep. The shared opening and unhurried morning give the night a clear beginning and ending.

About this experience

Bring your own sleeping space and settle in for a whole night with the gongs. At Flow60 in Zollikerberg, Ana Sonar, Alejandro Notz and Fabio Vescarelli take turns playing softly through the night. You can listen, meditate, rest or sleep as the sound continues around you.

What you can expect

The evening begins with a tea ceremony and time to arrive, connect and set an intention. Gentle movement, breath and voice practices prepare the listening. Then you lie on your mattress or mat while the players alternate for seven and a half hours. Inspired by Gong Puja, the programme leaves time in the morning to wake slowly and return to the day.
