Yoga Nidra: Slow Down
Gentle yoga and breathing lead into guided Yoga Nidra, with time for questions.
Why it caught our eye
The sequence is easy to picture: gentle movement and breath lead into guided rest, with space to ask questions.
About this experience
Yogaplace Frauenfeld invites you to begin with gentle yoga and breathing before settling into Yoga Nidra, a guided rest practice done lying down. The evening also leaves space for questions about the technique.
What you can expect
First come gentle yoga and breathing exercises. Then you lie comfortably and follow a guided Yoga Nidra practice. The organiser’s description also mentions sankalpa, a personal resolve or intention, and sets aside time for questions about the technique.
Good to know before you go
Drop-in admission is CHF 30; normal 75-minute pass conditions also apply. Trial lessons and trial passes are excluded. Join in Frauenfeld or by livestream; register through Eversports, or email info@yoga-place.com if you have no booking account. No prior experience is required.
