Slow Vinyasa with Anya in Basel
Explore flowing yoga at a measured pace with Anya Häusermann, with time to notice your alignment and follow the breath.
Why it caught our eye
Anya leaves room to adjust each posture within a flowing lunchtime class, rather than treating the sequence as a race.
About this experience
There is room to linger in this lunchtime practice with Anya Häusermann at VOLTA YOGA St. Johann. Slow Vinyasa connects yoga postures through movement and breath, while giving you longer in each position to notice your alignment and find an approach that suits your body. The class brings a measured flow into the middle of the day. You can take part even if you are new to yoga.
What you can expect
Anya guides an hour of breath-linked movement with longer stays in individual postures, giving you time to explore alignment and adapt each pose.
Good to know before you go
A single class costs CHF 25, or CHF 15 for students. Book through Eversports. Cancel through your account at least five hours before class to retain the booking credit.
