Slow Vinyasa at VOLTA YOGA Basel
A slower, breath-led Vinyasa class with longer holds at VOLTA YOGA Innenstadt.
Why it caught our eye
Longer holds leave time to explore alignment and adapt each pose within a slower flow.
About this experience
Slow Vinyasa gives each pose a little more time. VOLTA YOGA describes longer holds that let you explore alignment and adapt the practice to your needs, with breath guiding the transitions from one pose to the next.
What you can expect
This class is open to all levels, including people new to yoga. Mats and props are available at the studio.
