Slow Vinyasa with Anya at St. Johann
Take time with each posture in a Slow Vinyasa practice with Anya Häusermann at VOLTA YOGA St. Johann.
Why it caught our eye
The longer stays offer time to explore a posture from within, while keeping the connection between breath and movement.
About this experience
Give each posture a little more attention in this practice with Anya Häusermann. At VOLTA YOGA St. Johann, Slow Vinyasa connects movement and breath while leaving time to explore your alignment and adapt a pose to your body.
What you can expect
Anya leads a 75-minute Slow Vinyasa class. You stay longer in individual postures than in a faster flow, with time to notice how you are moving. The studio welcomes people new to yoga as well as those with an established practice.
Good to know before you go
Mats and other equipment are provided. Arrive at least ten minutes early, especially on your first visit. A single class costs CHF 25; the reduced CHF 15 rate applies to pupils, students up to 30, KulturLegi holders and people in financial difficulty. You may book online or drop in and pay by cash, card or Twint. Contact the studio beforehand if you have significant physical limitations.
