Slow Vinyasa with Anya in St. Johann
Find room for alignment in a slower, quietly powerful Vinyasa class with Anya at VOLTA YOGA Basel.
Why it caught our eye
The slower rhythm makes space to notice how a posture feels while still working with strength, balance and mobility. It’s an invitation to stay attentive within an active practice.
About this experience
Give each movement a little more attention. Anya’s Slow Vinyasa class at VOLTA YOGA St. Johann takes a calmer pace than the studio’s Vinyasa sessions, leaving room to explore your alignment and put the guidance into practice.
What you can expect
A 75-minute Vinyasa class open to all levels. The programme combines a calm pace with a strong physical practice, giving you time to find your alignment and follow the instructions rather than rush between shapes.
Good to know before you go
The 75-minute drop-in costs CHF 25, or CHF 15 for students. Cancel through your account at least five hours before class to receive account credit. A later cancellation cannot be reimbursed; membership holders are charged the class’s drop-in price.
