Slow Vinyasa & Yin with Sabrina in Basel
Move with your breath, then stay a little longer in quieter Yin postures with Sabrina at VOLTA YOGA St. Johann.
Why it caught our eye
The mix of slow movement and longer holds offers two ways to pay attention to your practice, in a studio overlooking the Rhine.
About this experience
Make room for movement and stillness in this Sunday class with Sabrina. Slow Vinyasa links yoga postures through unhurried transitions, while Yin invites you to stay with a position for longer. VOLTA YOGA’s St. Johann studio provides mats and props, and the class is open to all levels.
What you can expect
You practise a slower combination of flowing movement and sustained Yin postures. The studio’s approach makes space for attention to alignment, breath and how each position feels. Sabrina leads this session in English.
