Slow Yoga, Craniosacral and Chiron Gong
A gentle slow-yoga sequence followed by a Chiron gong bath, with optional light-touch craniosacral support.
Why it caught our eye
The thoughtful combination of accessible movement, sound and optional touch lets participants choose how actively they want to take part.
