Purpose & VolunteeringWorkshop·Gesundungsraum, Zürich
Sun & Moon: An Evening of Polarities
A Zürich workshop exploring inner masculine and feminine qualities through embodiment, reflection and carefully framed partner exercises.
Why it caught our eye
We picked it for its explicit consent structure: every exercise and touch is optional, participants remain clothed and the event is not a sexual space.
What you can expect
Expect an opening circle, embodiment, sharing and solo or paired exercises focused on relationship patterns and inner balance.
Good to know before you go
No previous experience is needed and all genders are welcome. Reduced tickets start at CHF 35; regular tickets cost CHF 45. The workshop runs in German.
