Sonosis: group hypnosis with a sound journey

Make time to listen inward at Sonosis. This group session brings spoken hypnotic guidance together with a sound bath, an experience of listening while resting. LEJF’s focus is on reconnecting with your own needs rather than performing or achieving something.

You lie down while the group is guided step by step, with sound accompanying the process. The organiser describes hypnosis as an experience in which you remain aware and decide how deeply you wish to engage. The invitation is to observe what comes up for you at your own pace.

The session takes place at Schwärzen 33 in Winkel. Doors open 15 minutes before the start. Regular admission is CHF 75 including taxes; tickets are personalised. Booking is through Eventfrog.
