Soulful Sunday Mini Retreat: Energetic Cleansing

The blend of guided year-end reflection and live crystal singing bowls gives this 3-hour mini retreat a clear, grounded arc without requiring an overnight stay.

At Sound Bliss Studio, Dunja introduces the organiser's approach to energetic cleansing, then leads a guided meditation while Päivi accompanies the practice on crystal singing bowls. The afternoon is framed as a mindful pause at the end of the year, with time to explore simple rituals and close the year deliberately. Tea, water and small snacks are included.

You will begin with practical prompts about the organiser's idea of an energy field, continue into a guided cleansing meditation and listen to live crystal-bowl sounds. The group is limited to twelve people, and the session will run with at least six registrations.

The full price is EUR 89 until 30 November, then EUR 99. Eventfrog takes a EUR 29 deposit; the remaining EUR 60 or EUR 70 is paid in cash on the day. The organiser asks people with epilepsy, severe mental illness, pronounced tinnitus, migraines, sensory sensitivity, a pacemaker, or in the first trimester of pregnancy to contact them before booking and seek medical advice if unsure.
