Sound Bath in a Salt Cave

The unusual salt-room setting and clearly bounded 1-hour format make this an approachable evening sound experience.

A 1-hour sound bath inside Esoterra Acupuncture’s salt cave in Midtown Manhattan. Live resonant instruments and the quiet salt-room setting create a simple space to lie back and listen.

Settle into the salt cave for a live sequence of sustained tones and vibrations, with time to rest quietly throughout the session.
