Pernilla Sound Healing welcomes you for an evening of body scan meditation and live sound. After a gentle body scan, settle in for a sound journey shaped with crystal singing bowls, shamanic instruments, hand gong and Koshi chimes. Oracle cards will be available for personal reflection. The organiser frames the evening around the new moon and personal intentions; this is a reflective theme, not a promised effect.

Yoga mats are provided. Bring one or two pillows and a blanket, and wear comfortable clothes; you will be lying down for most of the session. Water and extra cushioning are optional.
