Sound Bliss: New Moon Sound Bath and Ritual
Set an intention with Päivi Budarham, guided meditation and an extended crystal-bowl sound bath in Neu-Isenburg.
Why it caught our eye
Guided meditation leads into an extended crystal-bowl sound bath before the New Moon ritual. That sequence gives you a clear way to move from listening towards a personal intention, with time to reflect before leaving.
About this experience
Pause to consider what you would like to invite into the coming weeks. Päivi Budarham's New Moon gathering pairs guided meditation with a long sound bath, where you lie on a mattress and listen to crystal bowls and other overtone-rich instruments. The evening's ritual looks forward, making space for your own intentions.
What you can expect
Arrive quietly and settle onto your prepared mattress. A guided meditation flows into the sound bath, followed by a ritual shaped around the New Moon. There is time afterwards to notice what remains and share briefly with the group. No previous experience is needed; mattresses, cushions and blankets are provided.
Good to know before you go
Enter the courtyard via Friedrichstraße and arrive 10 minutes early; there is no entry after the session starts. Contact Päivi before booking if you have epilepsy, severe mental illness including PTSD, severe depression or schizophrenia, a pacemaker, first-trimester pregnancy, strong tinnitus, migraine or sensory hypersensitivity. If unsure, speak with your doctor and inform the host before participating.
