Sound Bliss: Mama-Auszeit 3 Std.

Three hours of quiet respite for mothers, including a 60-minute sound bath followed by unstructured rest.

Why it caught our eye

The source makes the format clear: a sound bath, then open rest, with a prepared place to lie down and the option to leave quietly when you are ready.

About this experience

Sound Bliss welcomes mothers of babies and young children to a small-group pause at its Neu-Isenburg studio. The three-hour gathering begins with a sound bath of about 60 minutes; afterwards there is no further programme, so you can rest in the prepared space.

What you can expect

A roughly 60-minute sound bath, followed by quiet time without a set programme. Mats, cushions and blankets are prepared. You may leave quietly once you have had enough rest or stay until the end.

Good to know before you go

For mothers of babies or young children. The session is held in German. Arrive 10 minutes early; entry is not possible after the sound bath begins. The studio is at Hugenottenallee 93, 63263 Neu-Isenburg; enter through the courtyard via Friedrichstraße. Tickets are listed from €10, with offers up to €39. The organiser asks people with epilepsy, severe mental-health conditions, a pacemaker, first-trimester pregnancy, severe tinnitus, migraine or sensory hypersensitivity to contact her before booking, discuss concerns with a doctor and inform the host. This is a relaxation experience, not medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
