Sound Bliss: Signature Sound Bath

The 1-hour format is clearly described, and the studio explains what to expect when you arrive, including when the doors open.

During this 60-minute sound bath, lie down as Päivi Budarham plays handcrafted crystal singing bowls and other resonant instruments. The small-group session takes place at Sound Bliss Studio; no previous experience is needed.

Settle into a prepared place to lie down in a quiet studio and listen to crystal singing bowls and other resonant instruments. The session starts on time, and entry after it begins is not possible.

Tickets start at €29. One Eventfrog page lists €29.88 including taxes and service fees; other booking pages list standard €29 tickets and optional €32.99 Flex tickets, cancellable until four days before the event with a €0.49 processing deduction. Existing 5- or 10-session card holders can use a pass; Sound Bliss lists these at €135 for five sessions (valid three months) or €260 for ten (valid six months). One Eventfrog ticket page and the organiser calendar show different start times for a session; compare the booking page and confirm directly with Sound Bliss before booking. Arrival is described as 10 or 15 minutes before, so plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early. The studio entrance is in the courtyard via Friedrichstraße; late entry is not possible. The organiser asks people with epilepsy, severe mental-health conditions (including PTSD, severe depression or schizophrenia), a pacemaker, first-trimester pregnancy, strong tinnitus, migraine or sensory sensitivity to contact her before booking and consult a clinician if unsure.
