SOUND ESCAPE: breathwork with live music
Follow the breath through movement, live instruments and a quieter closing with Tino at ANNTIN wellbeing studio.
Why it caught our eye
Handcrafted instruments and electronic music form part of the breathing practice itself, with time for movement beforehand and rest afterwards.
About this experience
Music accompanies the whole arc of SOUND ESCAPE, from the first breathing exercises to the stillness at the end. Tino introduces simple tools for everyday breathing before guiding conscious connected breathwork: a continuous breath without a pause between inhaling and exhaling. No previous experience is needed.
What you can expect
Begin with an introduction to breathing and simple movements focused on the chest. A guided connected-breath session follows, accompanied by a playlist and live handcrafted instruments. The music changes pace through the practice, before a longer period of stillness and relaxation allows time to integrate.
Good to know before you go
