Online Crystal-Bowl Sound Bath with Nicola Buffa

A live online sound bath with crystal singing bowls, guided meditation and time to settle into deep rest.

Why it caught our eye

The clear home setup and long uninterrupted listening period make this a practical way to experience a live sound bath without travelling.

What you can expect

After a short guided meditation, you can lie down for up to an hour of ambient crystal-bowl sound and a self-directed inner journey. The session also includes gentle Reiki support and a shared virtual setting.

Good to know before you go

The event is free and also welcomes optional donations that support the artist. Tickets are non-refundable. The Zoom link is emailed on the day of the event. Use headphones or an external speaker, prepare a quiet space with blankets or cushions, settle pets beforehand, and keep water or a journal nearby.

What this is

Nicola Buffa hosts this 90-minute online sound bath as a quiet space for rest and reflection. Crystal singing bowls, guided meditation and light Reiki support frame an extended listening practice you can join from home.
