Crystal Bowl Sound Bath at Yogaraum Freiburg

The exact event gives a clear duration, venue, price and booking route, while the facilitator also publishes practical guidance on who should check suitability before joining.

At Yogaraum Freiburg, Elisabeth Voshaar guides a small-group sound bath with crystal singing bowls. The 50-minute format offers a simple pause from everyday activity, with participants resting on mats and listening in stillness.

Settle onto a mat, usually with a blanket, and listen as Elisabeth plays crystal singing bowls. The practice is quiet and receptive, with no previous sound-bath experience required.

The session is held in German, is for adults and costs €25. Register in advance through the exact Eventbrite page; refunds are offered until seven days before the event. The facilitator asks people with epilepsy not to attend and says the session is not suitable for heart problems, psychiatric or mental-health conditions, or the first trimester of pregnancy. Contact her before booking if you use hearing aids, have metal implants or are unsure about suitability.
