This ECK Light & Sound gathering brings together a spiritual talk, quiet reflection and an experience of HU, a sacred sound in the Eckankar tradition. The invitation is to consider everyday life from the perspective of Soul, understood in this teaching as an eternal, creative spark of God.

Listen to spiritual perspectives and take time for quiet reflection and HU. The themes include dreams, intuition, purpose and the relationship with the Divine, presented through Eckankar’s teachings. No previous experience or commitment to a particular spiritual path is required.

In-person attendance does not require registration; register for online access before the session begins. Light refreshments and informal conversation follow the in-person gathering.
