Six-Day Spring Women’s Yoga Retreat in the Spreewald
A five-night women’s retreat with Hatha and Yin yoga, meditation, creative workshops, nature outings, spa time and half board.
Why it caught our eye
The programme offers a clear rhythm without crowding every hour: morning and evening yoga frame spacious days for rest, nature, creative practice and gentle community time.
About this experience
Carolina Frischke hosts a six-day women-only retreat at Waldhotel Eiche in the Spreewald. Nine Hatha and Yin yoga sessions are joined by meditation, breathwork, mantra practice, a cacao welcome ceremony, nature outings, creative and Thai Yoga Massage workshops, and unhurried time in the hotel spa.
What you can expect
Days begin with active Hatha yoga and close with slower Yin yoga. Meditation, breathing exercises and mantra practice are woven into the sessions. The retreat opens and closes with a shared ceremony; the arrival ceremony includes cacao as a mindful welcome ritual. Optional experiences include a silent punt trip, a Hochwald walk, a Thai Yoga Massage workshop focused on attentive touch, and a creative workshop. A 2-hour Spreewaldtherme ticket and hotel sauna and wellness access are included.
Good to know before you go
The retreat runs from 7 to 12 March 2027 and welcomes both beginners and women with an established yoga practice. Five nights, breakfast and half-board dinner are included.
