Exploring Aliveness: Day Seminar in Bern

The programme combines bodywork, voice, movement, meditation and creative expression within one carefully described day, with both facilitators’ roles and the practical price conditions stated clearly.

The day may include emotion-focused self-exploration, bioenergetic bodywork, trauma-sensitive yoga, trauma-informed psychological shadow work, silence, meditation, painting, making and movement. Tom is presented as a body-centred trauma therapist, while Lia is an art therapist and guide. The organisers invite participants to take part in the way that feels appropriate for them.

Doors open at 11:50 and the programme runs from 12:00 to 18:30, including a break. The standard price is CHF 240. A conditional CHF 190 self-payer rate is also offered. Depending on supplemental insurance, part of the standard fee may be reimbursed; contact the organisers beforehand. Materials, break refreshments, fruit, tea and coffee are included.
