Tantra for Couples with Stef Kroon

Stef Kroon guides couples through a slower, more attentive way of being together. The evening draws on tantric meditation, breathing and movement, with space to notice your own experience and communicate with your partner. Most practices stay within your pair, alongside some individual and group exercises. The focus is exploration, not a promise about your relationship or health.

Guided meditation, movement and dance, silence and gentle partner contact. Some exercises may include holding hands or sitting on a partner’s lap. Clear consent, personal choice and respect for boundaries are central: choose what feels appropriate for you. Everyone remains fully clothed; there is no nudity or sexual activity. No previous Tantra experience is needed.

Book as a couple: €150 covers the pair, including tax. The current checkout shows €123.97 plus €26.03 VAT. The organiser recommends iDEAL to avoid extra transaction fees; other payment methods may cost more. Teaching is in Dutch, or English if needed. Limited photos or videos may be taken for social media; tell the team if you do not want to appear. Workshop cancellation is free until one month before, costs €25 until seven days before, and receives no refund within seven days; the late-cancellation period already applies to new bookings for this date. Pay in advance and check in at reception. The booking page links the full terms.
