Tantric Trance Dance with Seth Newman
A blindfolded movement practice with music, active meditation and space to follow your own dance.
Why it caught our eye
The morning dance process is bookable on its own, so you can try this blindfolded practice without joining the full all-day programme.
About this experience
Seth Newman guides a Tantric Trance Dance journey that brings together free movement, music and meditation. The blindfold turns attention towards sensation and movement rather than watching others. The practice draws on ecstatic dance, breath and body awareness, alongside periods of stillness.
What you can expect
Follow a guided musical journey that combines movement with meditative attention. Blindfolds are provided and are an essential part of the practice. This ticket covers the morning dance process, which can be booked separately from the organiser’s longer all-day event.
