Tesse la Tela: online meditation, sound bath and creative reflection
A free TuSai workshop weaving together storytelling, guided meditation, intuitive drawing and journaling.
Why it caught our eye
The weaving theme gives the gathering a specific thread, connecting a shared story with personal drawing and writing. It offers several ways to reflect through sound, imagination and creative expression.
About this experience
Take time to look at the threads of your life: the relationships, commitments and wishes you want to make space for. Tesse la Tela is a free online TuSai gathering combining a story, meditation and creative exploration.
What you can expect
The workshop draws inspiration from Spider Woman in the Diné (Navajo) tradition, presented by the organiser as a starting point for reflection on weaving. The activities include a sound bath inspired by Reiki, guided archetypal meditation, intuitive drawing and personal journaling. You are invited to explore what supports you and the relationships you want to nurture.
Good to know before you go
Participation is free; reserve a place through Eventbrite. The workshop is online and lasts 90 minutes. The booking page lists ticket sales ending one hour before the session begins.
