Spend four hours in a communal Baltic herbal sauna guided by Baltų Vanta. The ritual brings together aromatic steam, birch whisks, natural body scrubs, honey and clay masks, gong resonance and time to settle over Sanctum teas.
What you can expect
The group moves through a guided herbal sauna ritual using selected essential oils, warm birch branches, natural scrubs, honey and clay masks. Gong vibrations and special Sanctum teas are also part of the experience.
Good to know before you go
The ticket is €80 and places are limited to 10; the page currently shows fewer than 10 spots left. Arrive 10–15 minutes early and bring a towel, rubber slippers, sauna clothing, toiletries and warm clothes. Linen or cotton sauna wear is recommended. Park in the Sanctum car park, where the team will escort you to the sauna.
