The Baltic Sauna at Sanctum Nature
Explore a shared herbal sauna ritual with Baltų Vanta, combining steam, botanical scents, body rituals and the sound of a gong.
Why it caught our eye
Herbs, birch branches and gong sound give this sauna gathering a distinct sensory character. The group is limited to ten people, with a sauna master guiding the sequence.
About this experience
Step into the sauna as a shared ritual of warmth, scent and listening. At Sanctum Nature, Baltų Vanta guides a small group through a Baltic approach shaped by harmony and moderation, with herbs and birch branches at the centre of the experience.
What you can expect
The ritual brings together selected essential oils, body scrubs, honey and clay masks, warm birch branches and the resonant sound of a gong. Sanctum provides teas, branches and natural scrubs. The organiser frames the gathering as an exploration of connection and inner reflection; its claims about physical regeneration are not medical guarantees.
Good to know before you go
Bring a towel, rubber slippers, sauna clothing, toiletries and warm clothes for afterwards; a bathrobe is optional. The organiser recommends linen or cotton instead of synthetic swimwear. Arrive 10–15 minutes early and park in the Sanctum car park, where the team meets participants. Honey is used in the body rituals.
