The Inner Renewal Journey: Group Programme

The three-part arc gives reflection time to develop between sessions, while the source clearly distinguishes shared Reiki support from individual treatment.

Each 60-minute online gathering is facilitated by Nivea Reid. October explores releasing old weight and patterns, November focuses on consciously choosing qualities and ways of being, and December reflects on growth and renewal for the year ahead.

Participation starts at £35 and the ticket is for the three-month group journey. It is open to Reiki practitioners of any level and to non-practitioners who are comfortable with reflection, intention and energy work. The published refund policy is no refunds. Booking for the opening session closes 30 minutes before it starts.

This three-session programme moves through Release, Rechoose and Renew. Each monthly gathering combines guided self-reflection, journaling, emotional awareness, personal intention-setting, group Reiki energy work and a guided closing practice. Reiki is used as a supportive element while participants work with their own reflection and intentions; this is not an individual Reiki treatment.
