Harmonic Breath: Online Breathwork and Live Music
Active guided breathwork with Wael Shukha and music created live by Simon Raphael, with time to rest and reflect.
Why it caught our eye
The music is made live alongside the breathwork, moving through active practice, rest and reflection with the guidance rather than playing as a fixed soundtrack.
About this experience
Bring your attention to the meeting of breath and live sound. Wael Shukha guides active, rhythmic breathing while Simon Raphael creates music in the moment, layering didgeridoo, classical guitar, handpan and percussion. This is a participatory practice that can be physically and emotionally intense.
What you can expect
Begin with 15 minutes of introduction and grounding, followed by an hour of guided breathwork with live music and 15 minutes of meditation and sharing. The breathing changes your usual rhythm; strong emotions, tingling or lightheadedness may arise. You can soften the breath, skip a breath hold, rest or stop at any time. If dizzy, overwhelmed or unwell, stop active breathing and return to comfortable natural breathing. No experience is required, but the practice is not gentle relaxation.
Good to know before you go

For other health concerns, including panic attacks, recent injuries or mental health conditions, consult a qualified healthcare professional before booking; the list is not exhaustive.
