Allgäu Breathwork Retreat at Ebenrieder Farmhouse
Four winter days in the Allgäu with breathwork, movement, Kundalini Yoga, meditation, sauna time and nourishing vegetarian food.
Why it caught our eye
We like how this retreat pairs structured practice with genuine breathing space. The restored farmhouse, shared seasonal meals, twice-daily sessions and unhurried afternoons make it feel grounded and restorative rather than over-programmed.
About this experience
Settle into the quiet hills of the Allgäu for four days shaped around the breath. At Ebenrieder Farmhouse, mornings begin gently with silence, meditation and movement, while guided breathwork, restorative stretching, Kundalini Yoga, sound and spacious free time create room to reset without rushing.
What you can expect
Each day includes two guided classes with Manuela and Matthias, moving between science-based and music-led breathwork, functional breathing, dynamic movement, meditation and restorative practices. Between sessions there is time for the sauna, natural swimming pond, countryside walks or quiet rest. Three nights, vegetarian brunch and dinner, afternoon snacks, drinks, practice equipment, wellness facilities and parking are included.
