About this experience
The Root of Yoga is a four-part workshop series moving from classical foundations to alignment, Vinyasa Flow and more advanced practice. Vasu leads the teaching, with assistance from Matthias Brun and the Aware Yoga team. Individual workshops and multi-workshop packages are offered.
What you can expect
Each workshop lasts 3.5 hours. The progression covers sun salutations and alignment; moon salutations, rotation and balance; flowing sequences and backbends; then inversion preparations and teaching approaches. The series welcomes students and teachers with yoga experience, not complete beginners. Teaching is in English, with translation by an Aware Yoga teacher when needed.
