Tibetan Energy Work: The 24 Inner Lights — Information Evening
A free introduction to Tibetan Energy Work and its “24 inner lights” approach in Willisau.
Why it caught our eye
The free format offers a low-pressure way to hear how this less familiar practice is described before deciding whether to explore it further.
What you can expect
An introduction to the method and its ideas rather than a full training. The organiser explains how TE® works with inner awareness and presents the evening as a way to become acquainted with the approach.
Good to know before you go
Participation is free. The event is in German and takes place at Unser Raum, Menznauerstrasse 34, Willisau.
What this is
This free information evening introduces Tibetan Energy Work (TE®), a method the organiser presents as drawing on Tibetan teachings and the “24 inner lights”. The session explores how the practice connects inner awareness with everyday life.
