Connected Breathwork with Inhaluma
A small-group breathwork session with guided practice, integration time and an optional sharing circle.
Why it caught our eye
The sharing circle is optional, giving you room to integrate quietly or speak with the group in your own way.
About this experience
In this guided breathwork session, Timo Zeininger introduces connected breathing, a continuous flow between inhale and exhale. The practice is accompanied by a music set, with space afterwards to integrate and notice what has come up. The organiser describes possible sensations and emotions, while emphasising that each person's process is different.
What you can expect
The group begins with arrival and a short introduction. After learning the breathing technique, you practise for 45 to 60 minutes with music, then have time to integrate. Sharing is optional, and you may pause or slow down at any point.
Good to know before you go
