Trauma-Informed Practice Training, Level 3
A live 4-hour training with supervised practice in mindfulness, body awareness and the Experiential Unity model.
Why it caught our eye
The workshop pairs discussion with breakout practice and individual feedback, giving experienced participants a chance to work with the methods rather than only hear about them.
About this experience
Alyson Quinn leads an advanced online workshop for people who already understand the foundations of trauma-informed practice. You will practise the Experiential Unity model with supervision and feedback, exploring mindfulness, body engagement, metaphor and clearing techniques.
What you can expect
Expect group discussion, breakout practice, supervision and individual feedback when needed. The material may bring up emotional or physical sensations; the organiser says this educational workshop does not replace therapy.
Good to know before you go
This Level 3 training requires prior theoretical grounding in trauma-informed practice; Levels 1 and 2 are strongly recommended. The ticket is CA$97.18 and sales close at 08:00 PDT. Keep your camera on for visible participation if you want a certificate of attendance. The Zoom link is sent by email about 48 hours before the workshop.
