Tibetan Bowl Sound Bath in Trescore
A 90-minute sound bath with Tibetan bowls and ancestral instruments at Centro Kamati Trescore.
Why it caught our eye
Pairing the “Memory of Roots” theme with a mat-based circle of Tibetan bowls and ancestral instruments helps visitors understand the session’s shape before they book.
What you can expect
A 90-minute session led by Antonio for Gong Life. You settle on a mat and listen while Tibetan bowls and ancestral instruments are played. No previous experience is required, and doors open 20 minutes before the session.
Good to know before you go
The session is presented in Italian and is open to people aged 14 and over. Bring a yoga mat, one or two blankets or a sleeping bag, a pillow, an eye mask, water in a non-glass bottle and comfortable layers. The current ticket is €27.89 and is non-refundable. The organiser advises against attending with uncontrolled epilepsy or during the first months of pregnancy; ask a doctor if unsure.
