Why it caught our eye
A simple way to join a live yoga class at home, with no compulsory fee. The clear guidance about adapting the practice helps you decide whether this remote format suits you.
About this experience
Trevor teaches a live, mixed-level vinyasa class online. The free Zoom format makes room for a shared practice at home, with optional donations and clear expectations about practising independently.
What you can expect
Trevor’s Saturday class brings a mixed-level vinyasa practice to Zoom, so you can join on a phone or computer wherever you have room to move. The session lasts an hour, with Trevor online five minutes before the start. It is a chance to make some time for movement without travelling to a studio.
Good to know before you go
Registration is free and a donation is optional. Your Zoom link comes in the confirmation and subsequent emails; Eventbrite also sends a reminder 30 minutes before class. Trevor offers general instruction and cannot see or correct your form. Modify the practice or rest when needed, and follow the organiser’s request to obtain medical clearance to exercise.
