Tuesday Reset: Vinyasa Yoga and Optional Community Dinner
Move through dynamic Vinyasa with Jana Weise, then rest in Savasana and choose whether to join dinner nearby.
Why it caught our eye
The invitation continues beyond the mat: a shared meal is an optional way to spend time with the people you have practised alongside. The yoga itself makes room for both flowing movement and a sustained closing rest.
About this experience
Make space in your Tuesday evening for movement and company. Jana Weise’s class in Zürich follows a flowing Vinyasa practice, linking yoga postures into a moving sequence, with a longer rest at the end. Afterwards, you can stay for an optional meal in the neighbourhood, whether you arrive alone or with friends.
What you can expect
The 75-minute practice combines dynamic flow with a long Savasana, the lying-down resting posture that closes the class. Movements can be adapted to your energy level, and the thematic focus changes every two weeks. The class uses German, English or both according to the participants present.
