Women’s Yoga, Cacao & Temazcal Retreat in Tulum
A five-day women’s retreat in Tulum weaving all-levels yoga, meditation, sound, cacao, a temazcal and shared excursions.
Why it caught our eye
Its rhythm moves beyond a standard yoga holiday: embodied practice and ceremony are paired with local experiences and enough unstructured time to enjoy the coast.
About this experience
Step away from the usual pace for five days by the Caribbean with a programme that balances practice, reflection and play. Shannon Jamail hosts this women-only retreat at Amansala, with Casie Hall leading all-levels yoga. Meditation, sound and cacao sit alongside a traditional temazcal steam-bath ritual, a cenote visit, salsa and cooking.
What you can expect
Mornings centre on yoga and shared meals. Across the retreat you’ll visit a cenote, join a 2-hour manifestation workshop, take part in a Mayan temazcal, cook together, and close with meditation after an evening cacao and sound-healing ceremony. Beginners are explicitly welcome.
