UnTamed Pleasure Women’s Retreat in Cádiz

Alice Hong and the UnTamed team lead six days of somatic practice, Tantra, movement, dance, rituals, reflection and time in nature. The programme explores body awareness, pleasure, consent and expressing boundaries. Partner exercises with other women are optional, conscious consent is required, and solo practice is available. No previous experience is needed; this is an active residential programme. Five nights’ accommodation, three meals a day, all sessions, evening rituals, a group integration call and a one-to-one integration call after the retreat are included.
